Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Once Upon a Colour, a coloring page membership service operated by BéKa Studio. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership and billing

Once Upon a Colour is offered as a recurring subscription. You may choose a monthly or annual plan. Both plans include a 3 day free trial for new accounts. After the trial, your card will be charged the selected plan price automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access until that date.

Subscriptions are not refunded once a billing period has started. If you are in the European Union, by starting your trial or subscription you acknowledge that digital content is made available to you immediately, and you waive your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for that digital content.

3. Use of content

Membership gives you a personal, non-commercial license to download and print pages for yourself, your family, or your classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the pages in commercial products or public collections without written permission.

4. Page requests

Members may submit page requests. We aim to fulfill them when they fit the library, but we do not guarantee every request will be made. Rush requests are available for an additional fee.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, pricing, or features from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
