Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Once Upon a Colour, a coloring page membership service operated by BéKa Studio. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership and billing

Once Upon a Colour is offered as a recurring subscription. You may choose a weekly, monthly or annual plan. All plans are paid from the moment you subscribe, with no trial period. Your card will be charged the selected plan price automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access until that date.

Subscriptions are not refunded once a billing period has started. If you are in the European Union, by starting your subscription you acknowledge that digital content is made available to you immediately, and you waive your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for that digital content.

3. Use of content

While your membership is active you may download and print as many pages as you like and use them at home with your own family, in a classroom or group setting, and in professional work with children such as therapy sessions, tutoring, childminding, and party planning. You may print copies for the children in your care.

You may not resell or give away the files themselves, upload them to another site or file sharing service, include them in a product you sell, or present them as your own work. The pages stay the property of BéKa Studio and the license ends if your membership ends, although pages you already printed remain yours to use.

4. Page requests

Members may submit page requests. We aim to fulfill them when they fit the library, but we do not guarantee every request will be made. Rush requests are available for an additional fee.

5. Content you submit

You may submit content to us, such as photos of coloured pages, page request descriptions, and help messages. You are responsible for what you submit, including having the right to share any photo and any person shown in it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or belongs to someone else.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give BéKa Studio permission to store and review it so we can run the service, answer you, and fulfil requests. We will only use a photo you shared for our own promotional purposes, such as showing it on the site or in social posts, if that submission has been separately marked as approved and featured by the studio, which is a deliberate step we take one submission at a time. You can ask us to remove a photo or withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using it going forward.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, pricing, or features from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
